1. Booking Confirmation
Once a booking is confirmed by the hall owner, it is subject to their cancellation terms.
2. Cancellation by Customer
If you cancel a booking:
- Refund eligibility is based on the individual hall’s cancellation policy
- In some cases, a non-refundable booking fee may apply
3. Cancellation by Venue
If a venue cancels:
- We will assist you in getting a full refund or alternative options
4. Refund Timeline
If eligible, refunds are processed within 7–10 business days.
